2. Data collected
When you contact us through a form on the site, we collect:
- Callback form: your phone number (and its country dialing code).
- Contact / quote form: name, email, phone, project type, estimated budget and the content of your message.
- Technical data associated with the submission: IP address, approximate location derived from the IP (city, region, country), internet provider, device and browser type, submission page, source (referring site and/or advertising campaign) as well as the date and time. This data helps us process your request, put it in context and prevent abuse.
- Cal.com: name, email and chosen time slot when booking a call (processed by Cal.com under their own policy).
- Google Analytics: anonymised browsing data (pages visited, duration, device, approximate location) — only after your consent.
- PostHog (European Union hosting): audience measurement, interactions (clicks, scrolling, forms), heatmaps and anonymised session recordings to understand site usage — only after your consent.
Requests sent via the forms are delivered to us by notification (the ntfy service); they are not stored on the website.
3. Cookies
This website uses a consent banner. No tracking cookies are set without your approval. If you accept, Google Analytics and PostHog set cookies to measure traffic and analyse site usage.
Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage. You can change it at any time by clearing your browser data.

- To schedule a meeting via Cal.com
- To secure the service and prevent abuse
- To improve the website using visit statistics
5. Legal basis
Data processing is based on your consent (analytics cookies) and on legitimate interest (responding to your requests via the contact and callback forms, appointment booking, security and abuse prevention).
6. Retention period
Information submitted via the forms (callback, contact/quote) is delivered to us through the ntfy service and kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access, rectification and deletion
- Right to data portability
- Right to object and restrict processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
